Vintage Holiday Cards

Happy Sunday! S
ince reading Virginia Retro's post about vintage holiday cards I've been very envious of her collection. In fact I've read several posts about blogger's finding fab vintage holiday cards and I was feeling left out!
It's rare that I find any vintage greeting cards at the thrifts until now...

Instant vintage card collection~ yay!!

This Friday I was at the BFM and happened to wander through the books and cards sections when I spotted four mint box sets of cards each priced at a $1 each!! I couldn't believe it since I know antique markets charge a $1 plus per card. There are over 60 cards in total.

An almost complete set of holiday stationary from Hallmark.

I love the humor and graphics of these cards.

  4. Excellent! I love all the vintage Christmas cards. I found two hauls of vintage cards this week. There was only one Christmas card & it was already used. I only recall seeing cards in an antique mall once & yup, they were a buck.
