Raffi Rocks!

Raffi's #belugagrads — Concert

This past Monday I took Haakon to his first music concert to see Raffi! For those of you not familiar with Raffi; he is a singer, musician, song writer, author and child activist. If you are Canadian and grew up in the late 70s & 80s (like me!) there's a good chance you were singing along to Raffi LPs. I'm a Beluga Grad and now a Beluga parent! I introduced Raffi to Haakon when he was a baby and have enjoyed watching him sing along to his music over the years. 

He played all of our favourites including Bananaphone, Down by the Bay and of course Baby Beluga!

A couple of weeks ago I picked up my favourite Raffi LP for a $1.99 from VVs just in time for the concert!! 
So wish I could of gotten it autographed...

The concert was a sell out! It was so great to see so many young children and their families enjoying his music~ it made me smile!
